The Definition of Butting

From my sketchbook. Forgot to upload this one. 

A friend of mine is hosting a match tonight around 9:40 EST (eastern standard time). We’re looking for about 14 or 15 more people, but less than that is fine. You don’t have to be a good player or anything, just a good sport. 

The standard rules apply, but we’re adding a few of our own to make it more fun.  The map details and rules are here. 

If you’re interested in playing with us, please message me. 

And to make it more fun the winner will get a little gift, just a drawing of whatever they want from me. We felt we had to offer SOMETHING to the winner. 

Edit: This match never really got the amount of people we needed so I guess it’s going to be counted as another test run. 

There will be future matches, I’ll update with times if we’re still looking for people.

I can’t feel my right hand. The ligaments are completely fried after this. What is with this obsession with painting troll girls in pretentious art nouveau-style poses? (Just wait, Terezi is going to be a doozy, believe me!)

I feel a bit uneasy about Nepeta being the only troll in this watercolor series to be depicted as being in a romantic pairing; I know that, despite being a minor character, she’s more than just her relationship with Karkat or Equius. Still, it’s a key aspect of her story, and I sympathize with the poor kid because of how pathetic and doomed her crush on Karkat was. Furthermore, my heart does indeed break a little when I contrast that with their ancestors’ story.

The gold watercolors ended up looking very orange in this. Bluh. o__o

finally finished! This is the reason I haven’t been doing as much digital art lately.

I’ve wanted to make a big picture for a while and I finally did it. :D

When I was in preschool there was this really weird system of time-out where they’d put you in this giant plastic bucket sort of like this one:

And the rule was you couldn’t leave the bucket for ten minutes.

In case you didn’t know, I was what the teachers referred to as a “difficult child” which is code for “walking entity of sass” so I was in the time-out bucket quite a bit.

Once they put me in the bucket for thirty minutes— and I thought that was incredibly unfair so I grabbed the handles and shifted my body repeatedly until the bucket and I were out of the classroom, in the hallway, and through the front door. They found me in the parking lot scooting to freedom in the time-out bucket. The teachers were furious and I said, “Hey, I never left the bucket”

So they called my mum and told her what I did and she just said, “Well, he never left the bucket.”
